Pairing mechanism in the electron doped t-t’-U Hubbard model

Abstract:
Numerical calculations for the doped t-t’-U Hubbard model find AFM and d-wave superconductivity phases. Separating the two-particle pairing vertex into a spin exchange part and a remainder, we find that the exchange of spin-fluctuations is responsible for the d-wave pairing [1].
